On May 28, 2026, the Adega da Quinta Adventures celebrated the 2nd anniversary of Bioma Restaurant, at Tito's Adega, in Santa Luzia, on Pico Island.

Bioma, located in the municipality of Lajes do Pico, on Pico Island, prioritizes local products and sustainability, resulting in a unique gastronomic experience.

The anniversary celebration included a fantastic buggy ride through the vineyard, "A Cerca dos Frades," where the grapes are harvested for Tito's Adega wines, which have been gaining national recognition and prominence.

Thanks to the owner, Tito Silva, a guided tour was arranged with stops and rich explanations throughout his vineyard, resulting in a moment of historical and cultural learning for all participants.

This day also featured guest chefs Manny Largo and Diogo Formiga.
