On February 27, 2026, Adega da Quinta Adventures made its debut at the Lisbon Tourism Fair (BTL), a grand event that brings together tourists and companies around the tourism sector.

The invitation came from the Madalena City Council, which allowed us to introduce ourselves – who we are and what we do – to the visitors of this event.

We are located at the stand of the Madalena Municipal Council, included in the main stand dedicated to the Azores Archipelago – the VisitAzores stand.

We took advantage of the event to launch the Happy Cows tour, replacing the existing Lagoons Tour. This new tour offers a unique experience: witnessing the milk collection process and experiencing the pure state of nature, as well as discovering breathtaking landscapes.

In addition to showcasing our services, we gave our visitors the opportunity to take a virtual tour using our virtual reality headset.

Along with showcasing our adventures, we also offer the opportunity to introduce you to our accommodations – Adega da Quinta and Mountain Wood Village – thus presenting a suggestion for combining adventure and relaxation on Pico Island.

The feedback from the public on this first day of the event with the general public was very positive, and our presence at BTL is helping to spark the curiosity of visitors to travel to Pico Island.

Meanwhile, in front of our stand, presentations from all the islands have been taking place, with concerts and tastings, a place where moments of connection between islands, new routes, and festive occasions are also shared.

Today, February 28th, the presentation of Pico Island will take place.
